Tailhade — Bouquet — Ovejero is a study founded in 1954 by Dr. Beltrán Tailhade and Dr. Juan Manuel Hardy, initially known as the Tailhade and Hardy Studio. After Dr. Tailhade’s retirement, his son Beltrán Tailhade (h) and Jaime Bouquet Roldán took over management. In 1994, María Ovejero Cuello joined as a partner, who had been part of the studio since 1991, then adopting the current name: Estudio TBO.
Currently, the firm operates with a dynamic and complex departmental structure, adapted to the accelerated global economic development, maintaining the operational quality that has characterized it for almost 50 years. In the beginning, it mainly served companies in the agricultural and livestock sector in Argentina. Today, TBO has a wide portfolio of clients in the country, Mercosur, and others with headquarters in the European Union and the United States.

Beltran is the managing partner of the firm founded by his father in 1954. Since 1986, he has directed areas such as Financial Statement Auditing, Internal Control Evaluation, Operational and Systems Auditing. In the workplace, he leads a team specialized in liquidations, registrations and documentation. He currently serves as a Tenured Trustee in companies such as El Brinco S.A., Ineco S.A., La Corneada S.A., among others.
JAIME ESTEBAN BOUQUET ROLDÁN | Certified Public Accountant — C.P.C.E.C.A.B.A.
Jaime has been a partner since 1987, specializing in advice and incorporation of companies, unions and management consulting. He heads the Management Consulting department, covering organization, management control, planning and system analysis. Currently, he is a Tenured Trustee in companies such as Intmaco S.A., Paysanco S.A., among others.
MARÍA OVEJERO DE CUELLO | Certified Public Accountant — C.P.C.E.C.A.B.A.
Maria has a postgraduate degree in Tax Specialization awarded by the UBA, with a thesis on “VAT in the construction trust at cost”. He has extensive experience in international business and urban development, specializing in the tax treatment of real estate trusts. Since 1994, she has been a partner of the firm, leading Tax Consulting and Advisory. He joined TBO in 1991 and previously worked in companies such as Adolfo Bullrich y Cía. S.A., Legal Video S.A., Gativideo S.A., among others.
